Wantedly Super Hackathon!

We had a hackathon at Wantedly in the beginning of the new year!

Our mission for the hackathon was to “make an awesome profile page for hackers.”

So we made a profile page generator that lets hackers visualize what kind of commits people are making on GitHub.

There’s no sign up required, so just enter your account, or that super hacker you wanted to know more about!

We gathered talented people through one of our projects on Wantedly and had our 2 day hackathon!

So this is the final product that we’ve made: HACKEDLY

See anyone’s public repositories and the percentages of each programming language they use.

Also compare with the average number of followers and repositories.

New Launch Coming Soon!

Freezing new sign ups for now

Hey guys, we have decided to freeze new sign ups until the official launch coming soon. We will keep you updated as we go, but you will not be able to access the site for a while. Please look forward to our coming up announcement!

Speeding up Wantedly

We had a super helper in our office past three days, who helped us out making Wantedly super fast!!!!! He did so many different tunings and eventually made it so fast!

More cool features are coming up, so stay tuned for the upcoming official launch!

Whiteboard and a cool hacker

Hey guys this is Akiko. Another exciting week, we have lots to update.

First, we now have new white board.

My good friend is temporary working in US and he was kind enough to offer me the white board for temporal use while he’s away. We can brain storm as much as we want!

Another news, you can now add your team members to your project.

New features!!!

Another new features rolling out today are..

- On everyone’s profile page, you see what kind of project he/she has posted in the past.

- You can edit your posted projects.

So we now start Wantedly Blog.

Finally we are starting this blog for better communication. We have few updates after the craziness earlier this week.

Some problems that has been fixed

- Users couldn’t login

- Users couldn’t add new organization account

Also we are fully aware of the fact that the site is sooo slow at a moment. We are working hard to improve the level of speed by the end of next week.

Some small features added are..

- You can now add your location to your profile

- You have better control over your privacy with privacy settings.
